Galapagos!

What?!  Another publication of Lo Que Pase?! But it's barely been a month since the last installment! How can it be? Well, it's been a big month for the Beesleys in Ecuador. We took advantage of a last minute deal and went to the Galapagos. We were blown away by the landscapes and wildlife and decided to dedicate an entire post to this experience.  Robin keeps us on schedule and shares a mountain of photos in What We Did and What We Saw Locke's keen eye never misses an animal.  Aquí estamos      Here we are. It’s been almost 5 months since we left Anchorage and 3.5 months since arriving in Cuenca. And it’s been 2 months since our first blog post. It turns out, we are not super bloggers! We hope that this next installment of “lo que pase” finds you and yours well. We will be missing family and friends over the next week as it is the season of celebrating community and giving thanks. We give thanks for our lives, our health, each other, the earth and it’s abundance, and each of you, our community, We plan to celebrate “día de acción de gracias” by cooking an Ecuador-adapted thanksgiving meal for our neighbors, who have become friends.      In our second blog posting, you will again find a contribution from each Beesley. This installment is mostly about getting out lives set up in Cuenca and weathering some of the storms that have come with adapting to life here.
